La proprietaria è stata davvero gentile, il posto è stupendo e la camera al di sopra delle mie aspettative. Non vedo l’ora di tornare perché sicuramente tornerò.

Il B&B è immerso nel verde, in un luogo storico vicino a un’antica strada romana, con resti visibili di ville romane. La responsabile della struttura ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio e raccontandoci la storia della tenuta. Le camere sono spaziose e ben strutturate. Peccato per la strada di accesso, piuttosto dissestata e difficile da percorrere di notte, ma nel complesso un’esperienza bellissima.

Ho soggiornato qui per 6 giorni e alla partenza avevamo le lacrime agli occhi. Un posto incantevole, tranquillo, con poche stanze e una piscina perfetta per il relax. Un grazie speciale a Stefania, sempre premurosa e disponibile. Locali puliti e condizionatore indispensabile contro la calura. Se tornerò in Maremma, questo sarà di nuovo il mio posto ideale!

Ottimo B&B immerso in un paesaggio incantevole ed incontaminato. La signora Stefania un pozzo di gentilezza e consigli. Ambiente pulito, curato . Siamo stati 7 gg con la famiglia ed il nostro cane, ambiente adattissimo per delle vacanze con il proprio Pet. Ottima la piscina, non grande ma apprezzatissima per ottimo relax a fine giornata. Spero arrivi presto la prossima occasione per essere in zona e tornare in questo angolo di paradiso.

Un posto curato nei minimi dettagli, dove l’ospitalità è al primo posto. Stefania, che gestisce la struttura, è speciale e trasmette tutto il suo amore per questo incanto. Camere, servizio e attenzione rendono questo luogo unico. Andateci, non ve ne pentirete!

Un luogo immerso nel verde, perfetto per relax e tranquillità, dove si respira un’atmosfera magica. È difficile andare via da qui! Stefania ci ha accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità, consigliandoci posti incantevoli e rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale.

Un borghetto immerso nella campagna della Maremma toscana nel quale trovare il relax, le buone maniere e la simpatia di chi lo gestisce. Il tutto ad una manciata di km da Manciano, potendo cosí unire la piena tranquillità anche alla vita di paese.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm – die ruhige Lage mitten in der Natur entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig, allerdings war die Dusche extrem klein. Leider erfuhren wir erst am Anreisetag, dass am nächsten Tag Strom und Wasser für mehrere Stunden abgestellt würden – eine frühere Info wäre hilfreich gewesen. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist etwas beschwerlich, und für unseren Hund wurde eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 5 € pro Tag berechnet.

Stefania was incredibly warm and friendly, giving us a tour of the property and great local recommendations. The room, set in a beautiful old farm, was both charming and comfortable with modern amenities. Plus, it’s very close to the Saturnia Hot Springs! Wish we could have stayed longer! ❤️

A few kilometres from the Borgo Vera B&B, the Caseificio Sociale di Manciano offers a unique opportunity to discover the authentic flavours of the Maremma, through a guided tour that will lead you to discover the production of local cheeses. The cheese factory is one of the landmarks of Tuscan dairy tradition, and has always been committed to the production of fresh and aged cheeses, made with high quality ingredients and artisanal methods.

During the visit, you will have the opportunity to explore the cheese production process, from milk collection to processing, learning the secrets that make these products so special. You will be able to observe the processing phases and discover how the milk of the Maremma sheep is transformed into fine cheeses, such as pecorino, one of the region’s most renowned products.

The visit to the Caseificio Sociale di Manciano also includes a tasting of fresh and aged cheeses, accompanied by a good glass of local wine, to better appreciate the authentic flavours of the Maremma. You will be able to taste different types of pecorino, which vary according to their seasoning, and other local delicacies, such as cured meats and honey.

The B&B is surrounded by greenery, in a historic location close to an ancient Roman road, with visible remains of Roman villas. The property manager welcomed us with great kindness, making us feel immediately at ease and telling us about the history of the estate. The rooms are spacious and well structured. Too bad about the access road, which is rather bumpy and difficult to navigate at night, but overall a wonderful experience.

I stayed here for 6 days and on departure we had tears in our eyes. A lovely, quiet place with a few rooms and a pool perfect for relaxing. A special thank you to Stefania, always thoughtful and helpful. Clean rooms and air conditioning indispensable against the heat. If I return to Maremma, this will be my ideal place again!

Excellent B&B nestled in an enchanting and unspoilt landscape. Mrs Stefania a well of kindness and advice. Environment clean, neat . We stayed 7 days with family and our dog, very suitable environment for holidays with your pet. Great pool, not large but appreciated for great relaxation at the end of the day. I hope soon the next opportunity to be in the area and return to this corner of paradise.

We stayed at the end of December 2024, we found the room very warm as we had requested, the room very clean even the bathroom. Very rustic, charming and very welcoming from the reception to the room. Equipped with all the accessories dispensabil inside the room and close to the countries to visit. Definitely we will return. Excellent!

Beautiful building in equally beautiful old village. It was pleasant to walk around and stop to chat with the locals, who were very warm and friendly. Fabulous rooms in the palace, spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Good breakfast on the terrace with exceptional views.
Very friendly staff.Difficult to find weak points. Access by car, in case you have to unload heavy luggage, is certainly not easy, but impossible to improve…

The structure is wonderful, in a strategic position for visiting the Val d’Orcia, with staff who are always helpful and smiling. The hamlet is a little stone jewel, immersed in peace and silence. Travelling in 3 with the little dog, we were surprised by the double room and double bathroom, perfect for our needs. The furnishings are in style with the place, with elegant frescoes, air conditioning in both rooms and spacious bathrooms. Breakfast, served in the garden with a wonderful view, is plentiful and quality.

Large and comfortable room (we took the suite because we have two small girls ..) overlooking the valley, breakfast good and plentiful and strategic location for visiting the most popular villages of the Val d’Orcia. But above all kindness and hospitality of the staff. Highly recommended.

Beautiful room cosy and cool and comfortable If I really have to find a flaw it is the walk uphill to get there, but we had previously unloaded our luggage with the car right in front of reception.

We happened by chance looking for a solution for the night on our tour in the Val d’Orcia. The palace is located in Petroio one of the many beautiful small villages in Tuscany, the location is beautiful and evocative, the rooms furnished, with taste ‘old’ and an outdoor courtyard that overlooks a beautiful view. If you are in the area I definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent location in a very deserving hamlet. The breakfast served in the garden is pleasant. As for the staff Giovanna stands out for professionalism, kindness and courtesy, the rest almost makes it difficult to say hello……meglio that he changes profession.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff and service, condition and amenities of the room. We stayed in a spacious room with a stunning view of the mountains. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We travelled with our teenage daughter and we all thoroughly enjoyed our five-night stay. The breakfast was fantastic. The city is very charming.
